Contact
Restoration Index does not take service inquiries on behalf of ranked firms. If you need restoration help right now, contact the firm directly. The links below cover the four reasons you might write to our editorial team.
Request a correction
If a fact about your firm is wrong (BBB rating, IICRC certifications, year founded, review counts, etc.), email [email protected] with your firm name, city, and the specific correction including a public source we can verify. Verified corrections typically apply within 5 business days.
Claim a listing
If you are an owner or representative of a ranked firm and want to add public information that is currently missing from your profile (additional certifications, recent awards, an updated description), email [email protected]. Please write from a domain matching your firm's official website so we can verify authority.

Why we don't take service requests
Restoration Index is an editorial publication, not a lead-generation directory. If we accepted service requests on behalf of ranked firms, we would have a financial incentive to rank firms differently. The integrity of the MetaScore depends on the editorial firewall, so we route service requests to the firms themselves.
